I love this book its one of my favorites. for one its so intense and very descriptive that you get caught up and feel like your there. plus katniss the main character is so tough and not one of those damsels in distress types. Maya e 1
This book is very well writen and has good visual and understanding theme, the plot is very much interesting, and is an easy book to read. This book is probably one of the best I've read yet. Setting is well described and hope you read it too:)

The book is very descriptive in the feelings of Katniss, he family, her life, and the battles. The descriptiveness of this book really gets me into the book and wondering what is going to happen next. The story line is very good in picturing things and making it almost like a movie. Katniss really relates to me in having to take care of the family with little resources because being in a family with one parent that has to work all the time, I have to look out for my sister, pets and me too.
This book is amazing. Its fantasy that keeps sucking you in with plot twists, action, adventure. The entire books keeps you on egde and makes you wonder whats going to happen next. Linden T 4th hour

I liked this book because its set in the future. it really describes the evil the distrects feel for the captial. Also the action scenes are very exciting and dramatic.

This book was far...the fighting scenes were intense and had a good story
plot: it was based in the future, where america was based on a horrific, and deadly game show. it shows the story from a teenage girl.
theme: it shows me the power of family.
Character: Katiniss is a young girl from a poor district. she has barely any friends.
Setting: futuristic american time. only a few decades. after america fell apart in some ways.
